SmartCharge&reg; Reports

Reporting

SMARTCHARGE&reg; generates customizable reports in several software formats, including Microsoft Excel, HTML and XML. SMARTCHARGE&reg; can optionally be configured to automatically export transaction data into your internal accounting system.

SMARTCHARGE&reg; can collect all the information you need to manage charge-back costs. It is also efficient; as Bills of Lading (BOLs) are closed, SMARTCHARGE&reg; can be configured to automatically transfer data directly to your accounting system, providing timely information flow.

Sample–Cost Summary Report

Cost Summary Reports provide an overview of all shipments and costs within a specific time period, by BOL, product and cost center.

Sample–Charge-Back Report

The Charge-Back Report provides clients with a summary of all mail jobs processed during a specific time period. This report captures both the cost of each mail job and the cost multiplied by a percentage rate, which is very useful for clients that need to invoice a third party.

The Audit Report gives an exact overview of all the data entered into the system. Every data entry and/or change is listed in the report in order to recapture the history of the data entries.

The SMARTCHARGE&reg; system has both on-screen and interactive help functionality. Easy-to-follow instructions are provided to help you input your mailing and account information. SMARTCHARGE&reg; also has an interactive “Help” capability if you need more detailed information.

The DHL Global Mail Support Team can also provide online and offline assistance in real-time to SMARTCHARGE&reg; clients. On-site support during the installation and extensive user training are available. Email smartcharge@dhlglobalmail.com.
