What are your hours of operation? Can I call on Saturday for a pick up?
Pick Up & Supply Center Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am to 1:00 am Eastern Time Saturday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Time
What is the minimum time window needed to schedule a pick up? In order to ensure an on-time pick up, we ask that you schedule your pick up at least 2 hours prior to the preferred pick up time. Please note that the minimum time window may vary depending on location and may require advanced notice.
How do I fill out a BOL?

How do I prepare my mail for pick up?
First, we ask that all envelopes and packages be sealed (please do not apply postage to the envelopes or packages). Second, separate your mail by service type and place only one service type in a mailbag. Third, we ask that there be a clearly marked and signed Bill of Lading accompanying each service type (only one Bill of Lading per service type is necessary regardless as to how many bags or boxes you might have).
What is the minimum order size per pick up?
The minimum order size per pick up for domestic mail and parcel services is 200 pieces.
The minimum order size per pick up for international mail and parcel services is USD $100.
Who can I contact to set up an account? If you are not already a customer of DHL Global Mail and would like to speak to with a representative about setting up an account, call at 866-616-MAIL (6245).

Supplies
How can I order supplies? To order supplies call 800-426-7478. You can also order supplies by fax (800-455-6615) using the Supply Request Form. (MS Excel File)
How much time will it take to receive my supply order? All orders received by 4pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be received within 24-48 hours. Orders received after 4pm Eastern Time Friday will be processed on Monday.
When should I order supplies?
We recommend ordering supplies when you are left with one week supply or less.
